Dealve started with a simple frustration: M&A processes rely on outdated tools. Spreadsheets for tracking requests. Email chains for sharing documents. Manual follow-ups that eat up hours every week.
We've spent years in the trenches—running due diligence, preparing CIMs, managing deal flow. We know firsthand how much time gets wasted on administrative work that could be automated.
So we built the tools we wished we had. Vetting Vault for streamlining due diligence. CIM Share for creating professional deal documents. Purpose-built software that solves specific problems, not bloated platforms that try to do everything.
